Community Guidelines

Last updated: July 30, 2026
Fork is a place to build and share useful, creative Mini Apps. These Guidelines apply to everything you submit or generate through Fork, including profile names and avatars, direct messages, app metadata, source files, agents, functions, text, and images. They form part of our Terms of Service.

What is not allowed

Child safety and sexual exploitation

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualised depictions of minors, or content that facilitates sexual exploitation. We report apparent CSAM as required by law and preserve relevant evidence.

Sexual and exploitative content

Do not post pornography, sexual content intended primarily for arousal, offers of sexual services, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual coercion, trafficking, or content that objectifies a real person without consent.

Harassment, hate, and threats

Do not bully, stalk, threaten, dox, intimidate, or encourage coordinated abuse. Do not attack or dehumanise people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

Violence, self-harm, and dangerous acts

Do not glorify terrorism or mass violence, make credible threats, provide instructions for violent wrongdoing, display graphic injury primarily to shock, or encourage suicide, self-injury, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges. Good-faith prevention, documentary, educational, or recovery discussions may be permitted but can require human review.

Illegal activity, fraud, and platform abuse

Privacy and intellectual property

Share only personal data, images, code, brands, music, video, and other material you have the right to use. Do not expose private information, impersonate another person or organisation, or distribute pirated or infringing content.

How moderation works

  1. Automated gate. Fork checks profile fields and avatars, DM text and images, and public Mini App submissions before delivery or publication.
  2. Allow, block, or quarantine. Clean content may proceed. Flagged content is blocked or held privately for review. If a check is unavailable, the content remains private or undelivered.
  3. Human review. Reviewers see the affected surface, safety signals, relevant excerpt, report information, and audit history. They can approve a false positive or reject and remove violating content.
  4. Changes require a new check. Editing a public app's files, functions, agents, metadata, descriptions, or images can make it private until it passes review again.

Automated systems can make mistakes. Context such as news reporting, education, art, health support, or security research may matter, but labels and disclaimers do not make otherwise harmful content acceptable.

Report, block, and appeal

Signed-in users can report a profile, public app, or individual direct message from its menu. You can block an abusive user to stop further social and messaging interaction. Anyone may also email abuse@co.fork.me; include the URL, username, message or app, reason, and any urgent safety context.

We prioritise credible threats, child-safety reports, non-consensual intimate imagery, malware, and imminent harm. To appeal a moderation decision, reply to the notice or email the abuse address with the review ID and the context you believe was missed.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, context, history, and legal requirements, Fork may warn the user, block publication, quarantine or remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or notify appropriate authorities. Severe violations may result in immediate action without prior notice.
